Roperos BUTUAN CITY, Jan. 3 (PIA) -– “Infrastructure projects for this city are set for completion this year,” said Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Butuan City District Engineering Office (BCDEO) chief Engr. Nicolas Alameda. Engr. Alameda said their office is determined to finish the projects they started in 2011 before 2012 ends. Specifically, Alameda said the drainage systems which are placed in different strategic areas in the city, as well as the construction of Bancasi-Dumalagan and Ampayon-Sumilihon Roads are among the priority projects set for completion. Alameda said as early as first quarter of this year, they will continue the construction of the said projects. “Thus, it is expected that these will be used as early as possible,” he added. However, Alameda stressed that if these will not be completed on the first quarter, they will see to it that said projects will be finished before the end of this year. (PIA-Caraga) |
