PIA Press Release Friday, January 06, 2012 Quezon public high schools to benefit from computerization programby Lito M. GironLUCENA CITY, Quezon, Jan. 6 (PIA) -- Quezon Governor David Suarez announced improvement of the computerization program of all public high schools in the province. Computer laboratory buildings of two public high schools were equipped with computer units last year. The governor wants all students of public high schools in the province to be knowledgeable in using computers to be more competitive. He added that if the students are equipped with skills and knowledge in using computers, they could easily find job after graduating from high school. Suarez prioritizes the establishment of computer laboratory building in public high schools in far-flung towns of the province. He said students in these areas have difficulty finding computer shops unlike schools that are located in the urban towns where access to computers is very easy. (JMG, PIA-Quezon) |
