Roperos BUTUAN CITY, Jan. 6 (PIA) -- The Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) today said foreigners living in Caraga Region should comply with the requirements set by the bureau and if not, they will be deported, warned BID Alien Control Officer for Caraga Region Pastor Moran. According to Moran, they are intensifying the monitoring of foreigners who are here in different places of Caraga Region and give them constant reminders to adhere what is stipulated in the law. The official specifically said those foreigners who are overstaying here in the region or the “illegal aliens” are warned. Moran added if these foreigners are found to be violating any provisions in the law, they will be deported immediately and will be included in the block-list. “Kung madakpan sila (illegal aliens), kinahanglan gyud ilang atubangon ang tukmang silot alang kanila ug kana ang pagpa-deport kanila,” Moran said. (If they (illegal aliens) will be apprehended, they must face the consequences and one of those is through deportation.) To date, there was no foreigner so far that has violated the provisions set by the bureau and is subject for deportation. (PIA-Caraga) |
