City government opens 4 storey, 16 rooms school buildingANTIPOLO CITY, Rizal, January 7 (PIA) -- Believing in the importance of education as the great equalizer, Mayor Nilo Leyble led the inauguration recently of a four storey building with 16 rooms and two teachers’ lounge in Barangay Dalig, this city.
Under the 9-point agenda, NILO CARES, the local chief executive (LCD) prioritizes his government’s investment in education especially for the youth as the nation’s future.
“Sadyang napakasuwerte ng mga kabataan dito sa Dalig sapagkat mayroon na kayong sariling paaralan na malapit pa sa inyong tahanan kung kaya wala na kayong dahilan upang mag-absent,” said Leyble.
(Youth in Dalig are lucky because you have your school near homes and because of that you don’t have any more reason to be absent.)
The construction of the new school building is in partnership and coordination with the Department of Education Division (DepEd) of Antipolo to further boost the quality of education in the city. (Antipolo PIO/CPG, PIA-4A)
