DTI to further improve customer service through BOSS 2012by Lorry V. Gabule
ILIGAN CITY, Lanao del Norte, Jan. 10 (PIA) -- Businesses could expect a better and more efficient services during the Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) 2012.
Provincial Director Ruel B. Paclipan of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Lanao del Norte/Iligan City Provincial Office, said they have conducted a two-day seminar-workshop on excellence in customer servicing last December 2011 at Crystal Inn, San Miguel, Iligan City.
The seminar-workshop was aimed to improve customer servicing especially on business permit and licensing operations of the city government.
Around 40 participants representing the different departments of the city government who were trained to be the front-line employees are expected to engage in the BOSS operation- both new and renewal transaction, in January this year.
The activity was spearheaded by the city local government unit, in coordination with the DTI and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation of Iligan, Incorporated. (PIA 10)
