Cebuano news: Pangagamahan nagdugang og P13.4 Bilyones ngadto sa pundo sa accelarated spending nga programa

MANILA, Jan 10 (PIA) -– Ang Aquino nga pangagamhanan nagdugang og P72.11 bilyones ngadto sa Disbursement Acceleration Plan (DAP) aron sa pagpundo og dugang programa og dugang pagpatubo karon nga tuig.

Si Budget and Management Secretary Florencio Abad mipahayag nga si Presidente Benigno S. Aquino III nagmando alang sa paggamit sa maong tinigum gikan sa milabay nga tuig nga General Appropriations Act (GAA). Ang mga tinigum nga gikan sa nakompleto kon walay matapos nga mga prohekto ubos sa pipila ka mga ahensiya o kaha departamento.

Matud niya nga ang dugang pundo “is targeted to provide new activities which have not been anticipated during the preparation of the budget, as well as to augment additional requirements for on-going priority projects.”

“It will also provide for deficiencies under the Special Purpose Fund, including the Calamity Fund and Contingent Fund, and augment the much-reduced internal revenue allocations for local government units,” matud niya.

Kaniadong Disyembre 29, 2011, ang gigahin nga pagpagawas alang sa P13.4 bilyones dugang pundo nga nakab-ot og P 11 bilyones og P 7.6 bilyones kon 68 porsiento niini nagtumbok ngadto sa actual nga paggasto.

Kalabot niini, si Abad mipahayag nga ang pagpagawas og kuwarta sa orihinal DAP nagkantidad ngadto sa P58 bilyones sa pagtapos sa Disyembre 2011 ang actual nga pagpagawas mikabat og p 53.8 bilyones.

Matud niya 96 porsient kon P 69.3 bilyones sa orihinal nga accelerated spending nga pundo ang napagawas ngadto sa ahensiya og government-owned kon controlled corporations (GOCCs) sukad sa miagi nga Disyembre.
