Sta. Cruz, Placer, this province. The 50-bed medical facility has an initial funding of P50 million which is set to benefit thousands of people, especially those of low income living in the area. Gov. Sol Matugas,1st District Rep. Francisco Matugas, 2nd District Rep. Guillermo Romarate and Placer Mayor Felimon Napuli will assist Sec. Gazmin and Department of Health officials during today’s groundbreaking rites at the two-hectare site. Matugas revealed that that project was finally realized after Sec. Gazmin recently approved the swapping of the two-hectare property owned by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) in Brgy. Sta.
