SK to lead covenant signing to fraternity, sorority groups in Ilaganby Merlito G. Edale, Jr.
ILAGAN, Isabela, January 11 (PIA) -- The Sangguniang Kabataan leadership of this capital town of Isabela has set a covenant signing among the fraternity and sorority organizations in schools in the town any day this month.
Ilagan SK Federation President TJ Diaz who is the lead convenor said the peace covenant signing will be participated by the different schools in the town to maintain a unified peace among the youth of Ilagan particularly the officers and members of fraternities and sororities in school campuses.
The peace covenant signing aims to unify the different brotherhood and sisterhood organizations in the locality particularly those at school campuses and will form unified programs and projects that will help their respective organizations in promoting their benefits and welfare.
Diaz said there is a need to encourage the different brotherhood and sisterhood organization in school campuses to have a common development contribution to the locality.
SK Federation President Diaz is hopeful that all the brotherhood and sisterhood groups in the locality will respond to his call and participate in the covenant signing set this month.
The Sangguniang Kabataan is a youth organization in the locality which looks to the benefits and welfare and help the locality on programs and projects that will uplift the lives of Ilaguenos. (TCB/MGE/PIA 2)
