Local officials air power concerns to CENECOBACOLOD CITY, January 12 (PIA6) -- A coordination meeting was held between Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) representatives and local officials of Bacolod, Silay, Talisay and Bago Cities, and the towns of Don Salvador Benedicto and Murcia, recently on their power concerns, a CENECO press release said.
Topics on the power supply needs like the load growth and the cost of power, electrical application concerns, and the energization of some unenergized sitios/puroks were discussed during the meeting.
CENECO vice president and Silay City director Michael Maravilla led the CENECO Area Managers, representatives from the local government units (LGUs), and the business sector, represented by Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Frank Carbon.
Other concerns discussed during the meeting were the creation of its new website where is provides consumers easy access to on-line information about maintenance updates, press releases, feeders, senior citizens discount, billing concerns, disconnection schedule, power average rates, etc.
