San Jose becoming a business havenby Margie L. Gadian
SAN JOSE, Antique, Jan. 13 (PIA) -- The town of San Jose is fast becoming a business haven.
Two businesses of the Esprutingkle Group of Companies were inaugurated and blessed by Most Rev. Romulo de la Cruz, Bishop of the Diocese of Kidapawan and formerly bishop of Antique, together with Alvin Patrimonio, a former PBA player.
A Monterey meat shop, first in Antique, and a PILMICO nutrition store for animals were opened.
In his message, Mayor Rony L. Molina of San Jose said San Jose is fast becoming an ideal place for investors. The improved business climate and peace and order situation has encouraged many investors to put up their businesses here.
Molina expressed optimism for the fast growing economy of the locality with the presence of old and new business establishments.
Currently, there are 19 banks serving the town, another indicator that San Jose’s business sector is growing.
