Tagalog News: Mga health worker sa Palawan, binigyan ng insentibo

PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Palawan, Enero 19 (PIA) -- Umaabot sa 386 barangay health workers (BHW) ng lalawigan ang binigyan ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ng insentibo para sa taong 2011.

Mula sa 386 BHW, 98 na nagmula sa bayan ng Rizal ang tumanggap ng tig-P3,000, 82 BHW naman ang mula sa bayan ng Coron, 86 sa bayan ng Busuanga at 80 sa bayan ng Culion na tumanggap ng tig-P1,500. Kalahati ng kanilang insentibo ay naibigay na noong Hunyo ng nakaraang taon.

Kasabay nito ay nabigyan na rin ng insentibo ang mga barangay microscopist at ang mga volunteer barangay sanitary inspectors sa nabanggit na mga munisipyo.

Ang pamimigay ng insentibo sa mga health workers ay isinagawa noong unang linggo ng Enero at mismong si Gob. Abraham Kahlil B. Mitra ang nag-abot sa mga ito.

Samantala, sa susunod na linggo naman inaasahang maibibigay ang insentibo ng mga BHWS sa bayan ng Taytay at El Nido. (PIO/OCJ/PIA4B-Palawan)
