Cebuano News: 5% nga calamity fund sa barangay, gihangyo nga madali

ILIGAN CITY, Lanao del Norte, Jan. 20--Gihangyo ni Arnel Bendijo, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer ning dakbayan, ang mga opisyales sa kabarangayan nga mopasa na sa ilang ‘budget plan’ aron gilayong ma-aprobahan sa labing daling panahon ang 5% nga ‘calamity fund’ sa matag barangay.

Kini aron magamit gilayon ang ilang calamity fund ilabina alang sa pag-‘reactivate’ sa matag Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) nga maoy gimando sa balaod.

Subay sa kamandoan, ipasa sa konseho sa usa ka barangay ang ilang budget plan ngadto sa Sangguniang Panlungsod aron ma-aprubahan pinaagi sa usa ka resolusyon.

Matud pa ni Bendijo nga mahinundanong makahimo og angayang laraw ang BDRRMC ug mapa-ilawom sa ‘training’ ug seminar ang mga molangkob niini.

Gikinahanglan matud pa sa Iligan ang ‘centralized’ nga matang sa ‘warning system’ ug ‘bastante’ nga ‘incident command center.’ (CIO/PIA-10)
