Of the municipality of Rosario in the irrigators association.

Ten provinces, who will be chosen, will receive P4 million project grant each, while 50 municipalities in the municipal level will receive P1 million project grant each. On the other hand, the ten irrigators associations will also receive P1 Million project grant each while 500 Agricultural Extension Workers will receive P20,000 each cash awards.
