The recipient organizations were: the Solano Municipal Association of Persons with Disabilities (SMAPD) with P200,000.00 for their canteen management venture; P300,000 for the Nueva Vizcaya Institute Employees Association (NVIEA) to fund their rice trading, wholesaling and retailing business; the Southern Aritao Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (SATODA) with P318,380 for their motorcycle spare parts, lubricants and service center; Rural Improvement Club of Villa Florentino(RICVF) in Bagabag town with P128,300 for their soft broom production; Diadi Abot Palad Meat Processors’ Association (DAPMP) with P134,335 for their meat processing venture; Tubongan Women’s Association (TWA) in Kayapa town with P130,000 for their peanut processing project; Displaced Workers Association in Sta.
