SAN LUIS TOWN won the first place in this year's cleanest and greenest search among third and fourth class municipalities in the province of Pampanga. The annual search is sponsored by the provincial government and aims to duly recognize outstanding local government units for their continuous efforts and commitment in maintaining a clean and healthy environment in their respective areas.
