Panguil Bay Bridge Project: President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo witnesses the signing of the memorandum of agreement, July 11 at the Ozamiz City Airport, between officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and local chief executives of areas where the proposed P2.7-billion Panguil Bay Bridge Project will connect. The MOA calls for the joint commitment of the signatories to help fast-track the implementation of the project.
