SCHOLARSHIP FOR POOR BUT DESERVING STUDENTS. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo released the initial amount of P2.25M out of P5.5 million from the Presidential Social Fund for the PGMA Educational Assistance (PGMA-EAP) program being implemented by the DSWD for 350 high school students coming from Payatas for National Capital Region and Regions V, VI, VIII and IX.
