Inauguration of projects in Sulu: A generator set has been turned on during the inauguration of a deep well, a military-initiated development project at Brgy Timpook, Patikul, Sulu held on Aug 2008. The inauguration is the result of the successful unity of efforts among the Joint Task Force Comet under Maj Gen Juancho M Sabban, Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines Task Force-Sulu under Maj Joseph Mouer, and the Provincial Government under Gov Sakur Tan in accomplishing humanitarian goals.
