Inauguration of projects in Sulu: Provincial Gov Sakur Tan leads the cutting of the ribbons during the inauguration of well projects, the military-initiated development projects in Brgys Taung, Tanum and Liang – all in Patikul Municipality held on 28 Aug 2008. The inaugurations are the result of the successful unity of efforts among the Joint Task Force Comet under Maj Gen Juancho M Sabban, Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines Task Force-Sulu under Maj Joseph Mouer, and the Provincial Government in accomplishing humanitarian goals.
