Inauguration of projects in Sulu: Duwaa, a Muslim Prayer switches on the inauguration of the Circumferential Road, a military-initiated development project in Brgy Liang held on 28 Aug 2008. Provincial Gov Sakur Tan leads the cutting of the ribbon. The inauguration is the result of the successful unity of efforts among the Joint Task Force Comet under Maj Gen Juancho M Sabban, Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines Task Force-Sulu under Maj Joseph Mouer, and the Provincial Government in accomplishing humanitarian goals.
