Nearly 50 pastors of the different evangelical churches all over Biliran province, representative from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV), and the Social Action Center (SAC) of the Diocese of Naval, Election Officers of the eight municipalities of Biliran and employees of Comelec-Biliran headed by Atty. Sabino Mejarito, Provincial Election Supervisor (PES) attended the Multi-Sectoral Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing on Voter Education held on February 2, 2009 at the Nipa House, Capitol Compound, Brgy. Calumpang in the municipality of Naval, Biliran. The occasion marks the launching of a massive information campaign of Comelec-Biliran on Voter Education dubbed "Boto Ko, Ikararangal Ko" geared towards an Honest, Orderly and Peaceful 2010 Elections in the province of Biliran.
