MOA singing on Voter's Education: A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Voters' Education for Region 10 was signed at the Xavier University Board Room between participating organizations from the government and private sectors on May 7. The MOA involved the Training of Trainers (TOT) for the Voter's Education to be conducted on May 14-15 and May 22-23, by the Commission on Elections (Comelec-10) for Xavier University Government Leadership Institute (XU GLI) and its partners, as well as the cascade of TOTs by XU GLI and its partners to other schools and universities in the region.
