The Caravan which will be held at the Augusto B. Legaspi Sports Complex, Kalibo, Aklan on May 28-29,, 2009 is being headed by the Office of the Ombudsman (Visayas) RO VI, Iloilo City in cooperation with the Provincial Govenment of Aklan, through Governor Carlito S.
