President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is presented with a gold trowel by DBP chairman Patricia A. Sto. Tomas during the DBP 63rd anniversary program held last January 25, 2010 at the DBP headquarters in Makati City. The gold trowel was used by President Diosdado Macapagal in laying the cornerstone of the DBP Head Office building 46 years ago. At the back is the scale model of the 54-storey DBP Green Building to be erected in Taguig City.
