 Out-of-School Youth Seminar-Workshop: A total of 16 out-of-school youths recently attended a livelihood seminar-workshop on meat processing spronsored by Alay Lakad Foundation, Inc. in collaboration with the Ultima Entrepinoy Forum Center in Quezon City. The trainees were taught to prepare and cook popular street foods to a livelihood project such as siomai, hamburger, calamares, barbeque, kwek-kwek and embutido.
