 President Benigno Simeon Aquino III contemplates on the presentation of Saint Bernard Mayor Rico Rentuza on LGU’s Intervention on Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Disaster Response Mechanisms (IDRRMDRM) at the Principal’s office in Saint Bernard Central Elementary School (SBCES) in Poblacion, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte Friday January 14, 2011. Flooding and landslide incidents directly affected 66,259 families or 338,019 persons across Eastern Visayas region.
