 Aside from the accretion site where the city government of Tagum had transferred residents from riverbanks, the National Literacy evaluators led by Libunao, also visited school extensions and mobile classrooms put up through RTU-LEADS (Reaching the Unreached- Locate, Educate, Assist and Develop Skills. The also toured the night market which Tagum City featured in its bid to the UNESCO International Literacy Awards on Peace Management and Continuing Education. On the last day of their on-site evaluation, Friday, they went on river cruising presented by Tagum City as a way of educating the public on riverbank protection and rehabilitation. (Jean D.
