NAVFORCEN donates relief goods to fire victims: Cebu City (January 30) --- The Naval Forces Central (NAVFORCEN), spearheaded by CAPT DANTE ROBERT B GRASPARIL PN (M), Commander of Civil Military Operations Group Central, conducted a community outreach program in cooperation with the GMA Kapuso Foundation, Coastal Conservation and Education Foundation and Philippine South District, Kiwanis International to the fire victims in Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City on January 23, 2008. The Officers and personnel of the Naval Forces Central and the Civil Military Operations Group Central together with Mrs. Marit Remonde assisted by the barangay officials distributed relief goods consisting of used clothing and grocery items to the 111 affected families in the said barangay.
