Cagayan Blood Olympics: Dr. Diosdado Jovian Domingo, Head, Northern Blood Service Zone of Cagayan Valley Medical Center urges all Cagayanos to donate blood during the 2009 Cagayan Blood Olympics on June 22-27, 2009. This activity aims to promote awareness and generate public support on voluntary blood donation.
