With the objective of making the jobs, trainings and livelihood opportunities readily available to our marginalized sector for poverty alleviation, the Office of the Presidential Adviser for Job Creation (OPAJ) in close coordination with the LGUs up to the barangay level, has conducted consultations, needs assessment and consequent skills matching of the unemployed residents in each of the areas involved. These were done to ensure that the job vacancy, seminar or training to be conducted will be fit to the existing needs of the labor force.

This activity is in cooperation with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Philippine Credit and Finance Corp. (PCFC), affiliates, Job providers, and the Local Government Units (LGUs).
