CSC schedules career exam paper-and-pencil test

Cebu City (5 September) -- October 22 is scheduled to be the last Career Service Professional and Sub-professional Examinations Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) in Central Visayas this year.

The Civil Service Commission (CSC), which has identified Cebu and Dumaguete cities as test venues in the region, is giving interested test applicants up to September 22 only as deadline for filling their applications.

CS Form 100-A, revised 2005, examination form is to be duly accomplished by applicants and a P350 examination fee is required.

Valid and original identification such as Driverís License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, NBI Clearance, Postal ID, PRC ID, or current office ID; and 4 identical passport size pictures that are not scanned, photocopied or computer-enhanced and must be taken within 3 months before date of filing application are also required.

Applications may be filed at the nearest CSC Field Offices in Cebu South, Old Talisay City Hall, Talisay City; Cebu North, 2nd Floor BAEX Bldg., Capitol, Cebu City; Negros Oriental, Daro Street, Dumaguete City; Bohol Dampas District, Tagbilaran City; and Siquijor, Larena, Siquijor.
