CSC opens CEO exam

Davao City (5 April) -- The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced the conduct of the Career Executive Officer examination which will be set on June.
It is a unified examination system for the third level government service composed of four stages: written test, assessment, interview, and validation.
Anyone from the government sector who’s occupying second level positions with salary grade 18 and above, or occupying third level and comparable positions, or those from the uniformed service with the rank of at least Senior Inspector, Captain or higher in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, can apply.
It is also open to the private sector like proprietors performing managerial or supervisory functions for at least two years, and those incumbents of a managerial position exercising supervisory functions.
Applicants must accomplish the exam application form (CS Form No. 100-C, Revised 2007), with four latest and identical passport size ID pictures with full name tag taken within three months before the date of filing. Pictures that are scanned, photocopied or computer-enhanced are not accepted. Any valid ID such as Driver’s License, SSS, BIR is also required.
There is an examination fee of P700 for both the Regular CEOE Written Test and the Supplemental Written Examination.
Application forms are available at any CSC Regional office or may be downloaded from www.csc.gov.ph.
The deadline of application is set on May 10. Qualified applicants will be notified of their place of examination through a Notice of Admission or Examination Permit. (PIA XI) [top]
