POEA announces job openings in Bahrain

TACLOBAN CITY (April 12) -- The Davis International Recruitment Agency through the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Region 8 headed by its Unit Supervisor Rose P. Jervoso announces job openings at the Ahmed Mansoor Al-A’ali Company in Bahrain.

According to POEA, all employment contracts of the would-be workers shall be brought to the Philippines Overseas Labor Office for verification and the Philippine Embassy – Cultural Affairs for authentication prior to POEA processing. Otherwise, such employment contracts shall be deemed unofficial and invalid.

Further, POEA bared that model employment contracts shall not be further used as actual employment contracts for the workers.

Any form of violation incongruent to the legal procedures of hiring Filipino workers shall constitute as a reasonable ground to revoke the Job Order of the worker.

It was learned that these job openings are as follows: Eight (8) Project Engineers with a monthly salary of US$1,852; Twelve (12) Project Supervisors with a monthly salary of $1,852; Four (4) Planning Engineers with a monthly salary of $1,587; Ten (10) QA/QC Engineers with a monthly salary of $1,587; and Six (6) Quantity Surveyors with a monthly salary of $1,720.
