Molina praised the efforts of the community who literally sweated over the various stages of project implementation from the prioritization to the construction phase in order to realize the goals. In other development, the AECI representatives together with DSWD Bicol regional director Jim N. Rebustillo and Assistant Regional Director Melinda SB. Bobis were the guests at the inauguration of school building project in Bgy. Burabod in Malinao.

The activity was highlighted by the signing of the Mutual Partnership Agreement and sharing of experiences from the community volunteers.

In her message, Bobis emphasized that the challenge lies not in the implementation of the project but in the sustainability of the gains posted by PODER. She also thanked the local government unit for the success of the project.
