The resolution which will be endorsed to the Regional Development Council for discussion and for inclusion in their agenda in one of their meetings, requests the provincial governments of Leyte, Southern Leyte, Biliran, Samar, Eastern Samar, and Northern Samar to allow the use of their existing crisis center for temporary shelter for the victims of trafficking especially those with cases filed and those who need protective custody.
An Adhoc committee was created and tasked solely to draft and review resolutions of the committee chaired by the Commission on Human Rights with the Philippine Information Agency (PIA), Visayan Forum Foundation Inc., Department of Justice-ORSO (DOJ-ORSO), and the Philippine National Police (PNP) as members and DSWD as Secretariat.
