Samar provincial hospital receives one container van of hospital equipment, supplies

Tacloban City (28 April) -- Samar Provincial Hospital (SPH) recently received one container van of hospital equipment and supplies.
This was divulged by SPH Chief of Hospital Dr. Rudolf Mabulay in a telephone interview with PIA.
Mabulay said that it was Civil Service Director Gerardo Cordero who once mentioned that a sister who was in Canada Ms. Elena Cordero Agala was the governor of the Rotary Club International and that the organization was willing to donate the equipment.
Mabulay readily reported to Governor Mila Tan who shouldered the freight expenses of the hospital equipments.
The doctor said that the container van contained 12 hydraulic hospital beds worth 120 thousand each, medical supplies and medical books for the hospital references.
The Rotary Club International was represented by Hon. Herminia Cabral, presently the President of Rotary Club of Maqueda Bay.
Presently, Mabulay said that the hospital is enjoying the different equipment given by the civic organization. (PIA-Samar) [top]
