The Cheering Team of the Department of Health Regional Office 8 won as champion because of the advocacy on dengue fever theme and the costumes of the cheerers depicts that of the mosquitoes.
Coming in as first runner up is the Cheering Team of the Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center which first depicted the health services of the hospital and then went on to a lively cheer dance.
The Runners up are the cheering teams of the Leyte National High School, Philippine Public Safety College and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
