Tagalog News: N-Cash Card program inilunsad

Manila (6 September) -- Inilunsad kamakailan ng National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) ang National Cash Card (N-Cash) program sa pakikipagtulungan ng government-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) at ni Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri kung saan magiging madali na sa mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) ang pagpapadala ng pera sa kanilang mga kamag-anak dito sa Pilipinas.

Ang N-Cash ay isang cash card system na maaaring magamit ng "Card-to-Card" remittance, prepaid cell phone loading at bills payment. Sa pamamagitan ng Internet facilities ng NATCCO ang mga card holders ay maaari ng magpadala ng pera sa kanilang kamag-anak dito sa Pilipinas sa pamamagitan ng pagpapadal ng simpleng text message. $1 lamang ang babayaran ng mga ito sa bawat $200 na ipapadala nito sa kanilang kamag-anak at maximum ng $2,000 ang pwedeng maipadala sa pamamagitan ng N-cash.

Nakasaad sa nilagdaan cooperation agreement ng government-owned Development Bank of the Philippines at iPay Solutions, ang pagpapahitulot ng iPay Solutions na gamitin ng NATCCO ang payment platform nito upang magiging madali ang pagbibigay nito ng serbisyo sa mga member cooperative at individuals kung saan ang iPay ang isa sa magiging technology partner nito sa pagpapatupad ng nasabing programa.
