Wanted: PNPA cadets

Roxas City (18 September) -- The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) is accepting cadet applicants until September 28 for its cadet admission test on October 28, 2007 in various testing centers nationwide.
The application form may be downloaded at www.pnpa.edu.ph or obtained at various police stations, and Philippine Information Agency (PIA) offices, among others.
Applicants must be a natural born Filipino citizen with good moral character, male or female, single and with no legal obligation to support a child or children, 18 to 22 years old at the time of admission, at least high school graduate, and must be able to perform required physical fitness exercises.
The aspirants must also have a height of at least 162.5 cm (5 ft 4 in) for male while 157.5 cm (5 ft 2 in) for female and must have a weight of not more nor less than five kilograms of the standard weight measurement corresponding to height, age, and sex.
The duly accomplished application together with a self-stamped window envelope must be submitted to the PNPA's Office of the Registrar or sent thru mail to the PNPA Director at Camp General Mariano N. Castaņeda, Silang Cavite.
A notice of examination for qualified applicants will be sent through mail or may visit www.pnpa.edu.ph and www.ppsc.gov.ph for the list of examinees, place of examination, and test requirements. (PIA) [top]
