POEA announces hiring for 80 staff nurses for USA

Cagayan de Oro City (19 September) -- The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Regional Extension Unit-10 (POEA-REU-10) announces the batch recruitment of Staff or Charge Nurses bound for the USA by Health Care Corporation of America (HCCA), a longtime client of the POEA.

In a statement, POEA-REU-10 Officer-in-charge Ann Apasra S. Abas said that applicants must be currently employed for at least six months with a 150-bed capacity hospital, must not be under contract with another agency recruiting for the US; must be fluent in English and has excellent interpersonal skills; and be willing to have at least two years of acute care hospital experience prior to deployment.

Apasra further said that applicants must bring with them their detailed résumé or curriculum vitae (CV) with photograph, valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), board certificate, board ratings, Transcript of Records with RLE, and college diploma.
