Over 1,000 indigents benefit from NVizcaya solon's medical-dental-legal mission

DUPAX DEL SUR, Nueva Vizcaya (September 25) -- More than 1,000 indigents here have been a recipient from various government services Saturday(September 22) which highlighted the 63rd birthday of congressman Carlos Padilla.

Padilla, along with other government officials provided medical, dental and legal among other assistance in Banila Elementary School here.

The services rendered were tooth extraction, check up, circumcision, distribution of free medicines, legal service and provision of seedlings for the villagers.

The event is an annual package of health services to bring services of the government to indigent communities in far flung villages in the province.

The mission was in coordination with the Department of Health (DOH), Provincial Health Office (PHO), Department of Agriculture (DA), Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), Provincial Government, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), National Irrigation Administration (NIA), Provincial Cooperative Affairs Office (PCAO), Nueva Vizcaya State University (NVSU) Philippine Nurses Association (PNA)-NV Chapter and Philippine Medical Association-NV Chapter among others.
