Tagalog News: "Peace-building, work of a lifetime" ayon kay Dureza

Koronadal City (26 September) -- Inihayag ni Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process secretary Jesus Dureza na isang "hard-fought process" ang pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan sa Mindanao, sa gitna umano ng pagpupunyagi ng pamahalaan at ng iba pang peace stakeholders na resolbahin sa lalong madaling panahon ang mga isyung may kaugnayan sa Peace and Development, dahil hanggang sa kasalukuyan nananatili pa rin umanong mailap ang kapayapaan dahil sa mga pagbabanta mula sa iba't-ibang grupong may ibang prosesong sinusunod upang makamit ang kapayapaan.

Ang "peace-building" ayon kay Dureza ay "work of a lifetime" na kinakailangang punuan ng sincerity mula sa magkabilang panig, accountability at good governance kaakibat ang "balancing for government" sa pamamagitan ng edukasyon, paggalang sa bawat differences at mayroong social cohesion.

Sa Peace Forum sa Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, pinasalamatan din ni Dureza ang pagpupunyagi ng mga local peace advocates na kinabibilangan ng mga former combatants ng MNLF, religious at ng business sector na tumulong sa pagkamit ng kapayapaan sa rehiyon dahil wala umanong "magic formula" para sa pagkaroon ng pangmatagalang kapayapaan sa Mindanao na may iba't-ibang kultura.
