Tagalog News: 47,000 manggagawang Pilipino mabebenipisyuhan - TESDA

Manila (5 February) -- Kasabay ng pagbibigay ng Technical Education and Skills Development Program (TESDA) ng P350 milyong pondo sa Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) kamakailan, inaasahang humigit 47,000 na manggagawang Pilipino ang mabebenepisyuhan nito sa pamamagitan ng pagsasanay ng kanilang mga kakayahan.

Mula ng itatag ang PGMA-Training for Work Scholarship Program (PGMA-TWSP), ito ay nakapagsanay at nakapagbigay na ng trabaho sa humigit dalawampu't-anim na libong call center agents, medical transcriptionists, animators at software developers.

Patuloy naman ang pagsasagawa ng TESDA ng iba't-ibang pagsasanay upang mapaunlad ang kakayahan ng mga mamamayan sa industriya ng business process outsourcing (BPO) at makatulong sa kabuhayan ng bawat mamamayang Pilipino. (Lgtomas/PIA 12) [top]
