KSA to recruit Filipina nurses from Lanao Norte

ICC Iligan City (6 November) -- Here's some good news for the female Muslim Filipino nurses in Lanao del Norte!

The Ministry of Health of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (MOH-KSA) is in urgent need of 2,000 female Muslim Filipino nurses for immediate deployment to the holy cities of Mecca and Medinah, KSA.

The hiring will involve about 1,500 general nurses and 500 others in ICU, PICU, NICU, Hemodialysis, Emergency Room, Cardiac, Operating Room, Pediatrics and Medical Surgical as area of specialization.

Ann Apasra S. Abas, Officer-in-Charge of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, Regional Extension Unit, region 10 (POEA-REU10), said the applicants must have the following qualifications:

Graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with board license (optional for Muslim applicants), with two (2) years hospital work experience for specialized nurses and must not be more than 45 years of age.

The MOH-KSA, Abas said, is offering a minimum salary of SR2,250 for general nurses without work experience and SR2, 550 plus SR1,000 for every year of work experience and another 20% of the total salary for specialized nurses.

Qualified applicants will be given additional benefits, such as, free accommodation, yearly renewable contract, 45 days paid annual vacation and free roundtrip economy ticket.

Qualified applicants may personally submit a detailed resume. with job description, original and photocopy of passport, school credentials, employment certificates and six (6) pieces of 2x2 recent picture to the Manpower Registry Division, Window M, POEA, G/F Blas F. Ople Bldg., Ortigas Avenue, corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City.
