Tagalog News: 93 warrants of arrest ipinalabas laban kay Umbra Kato

Koronadal City (18 November) -- Mahigit 93 kaso ang kasalukuyang isinampa laban sa mga Lawless MILF Groups (LMG) at iba pang mga miyembro nito, sa regional trial court ng Midsayap at municipal circuit trial court ng Pigcawayan sa North Cotabato.

Ayon sa ulat ni North Cotabato PNP Director Senior Superintendent Lester Oropesa Camba, ang breakdown ng "warrant of arrest" na ipinalabas sa pamamagitan laban kay Commander Ameril Umbra Kato ay ang mga sumusunod: Pigcawayan (4-robbery in band, 1 murder, 2-serious illegal detention, 1-frustrated murder, 1-cattle rustling at 2-grave coercion); Aleosan (30-arson, 31-robbery in band, 1-murder, 3-attempted murder); Libungan (8-attempted murder) at sa Midsayap (7-arson at 2-attempted murder).

Binigyang diin ni Senior Supt Camba mayroon pa ring karagdagang 38 na kaso na naka-file laban kay Umbra Kato na ipinalabas ng City Prosecutor Al Calica ng Kidapawan City. Ito ay ang 16 para sa robbery in band, 16-arson, 1-attempted muder, 2-malicious mischief at 3 para sa qualified theft. (KAlbay/PIA 12) [top]
