The G4 first-prize winners in the barangay level are Barangay Talusan of Balingasag for urban category and Barangay Oguis of Initao for the rural category.

Second and third place winners in the urban category are Barangay Poblacion of Sugbongcogon and Barangay Barra of Opol, respectively, while in the rural category the second and third prize winners are Barangay Tuod of Manticao and Barangay Imelda of Villanueva.

At the household level, the first, second and third prize winners in the urban areas are Rudson T. Verula of Barangay Linggangao, Balingasag; Segundina C. Belonta of Barangay Mantangale, Balingoan; and Teresita C. Molawan of Poblacion, Villanueva.

For rural areas, the top three household winners are Irene A. Tomarong of Barangay Sampatulog, Alubijid; Generosa C. Bagongon of Barangay Ampenican, Salay; and Wilfredo S. Gayramara of Barangay San Isidro, Jasaan.
