According to Jalika D. Mangacop, DAF-ARMM R&DE Director, the proposed training center will be utilized for massive trainings of farmers and fisher folks, researchers, extension workers and farmer leaders to strengthen the development of the agriculture and fishery sectors in the autonomous region.

More than twenty (20) officials from DAF-ARMM Social Fund Project (ASFP) and JICA witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between DAF-ARMM Secretary Keise T.
