TESDA NVizcaya sees vibrant employment with internet-based assessment test
Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya (16 February) -- Officials of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) here has expressed optimism that more students will be properly assured of employment after graduation this year.
"With our launching of our internet or computer-based assessment test, students will be properly guided on what courses to enroll inorder to land on job immediately," Eva Doniego, TESDA said.
Doniego said their internet-based assessment test was launched recently in St. Jerome's Academy in Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya last month. "And many students are already using it," Doniego, technical education and skills development specialist told PIA.
The internet-based assessment test, she said is part of their Career Guide Youth Profiling 4 Starring Career program to guide students on appropriate courses and skills to pursue.
"In this way, we can help them in getting their preferred course based on their performance from the test," she said.
Doniego said the program will soon be expanded in other academic institutions in the province to help other students in making right choices for their career to pursue in the future. (PIA NVizcaya) [top]
