Cebuano News: PGMA mihagit sa mga lider estudyante sa pagtabang sa gobyerno

Manila (3 July) -- Gihangyo sa Pangulo Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ang mga nag-unang estudyante kon top student leaders sa Pilipinas nga tabangan ang gobyerno sa kaakohan niini nga makab-ot ang nasudnong ekonomikanhong kaayohan taliwala sa hulga sa kalibutanang krisis sa ekonomiya.

Sa iyang pulong nga gibasa ni Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita niadtong awarding ceremonies of the 2009 Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) sa Malacañang’s Rizal Hall, mipadayag usab ang President nga iyang gilusad ang National Youth Service Corps aron maghatag ug trabaho ug oportunidad sa mga kabataang Pilipino nga gapangedaron ug 18 ngadto sa 24 anyos.

Matud niya, buot niyang masiguro nga kining mga batan-on adunay positibong paagi nga mahatag sa nasud ug sa ilang kaugalingong kaayohan.

Ang maong mga TOSP(Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines), nga gipasidunggan ni Arroyo pinaagi ni Ermita, mao sila Roger Montepio Flores (Philippine Military Academy, BS Naval Science); Miguel Antonio Barreto Garcia (University of San Carlos, AB Economics); Aidel Paul Garcia Belamide (University of the Philippines Los Banos, BA); Ann Bernaldez Crusit (University of Bohol, BS Education); Paul John Basubas Gesta (University of Cebu, BSC Management); Adrian Clark San Pascual Mundin (Ateneo de Manila University, BS Management Engineering); Stacy Danika Sia Alcantara (Silliman University, AB Mass Communication);

Stephen Alexeus Gorgonio Baltazar (University of San Carlos, BS Accountancy); Nicole Marie Regner Villarojo (De La Salle University, BSC Marketing Management & AB Economics); and Carlos Ramos Gerogalin Jr. (West Negros University, BS Education).
