Tagalog News: Mga labi ng Pinoy UN peacekeepers darating

Manila (2 February) -- Inaasahang darating ngayong umaga ang mga labi ng tatlong Pilipinong UN peacekeepers at ng kawani ng United Nations na nasawi sa lindol sa Haiti.

Ayon kay AFP Public Affairs Chief, Lt.Col. Romeo Brawner Jr., lulan ng Philippine Airlines ang mga labi ng apat. Sasalubong sa apat na nasawing kababayan ang isang heroes? welcome sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

Pagkatapos ng arrival honors, ililipat ang apat sa Villamor Airbase bago dalhin sa chapel ng Camp Aguinaldo para doon iburol ng isang araw. Samantala, ang mga labi ng nasawing UN staff na si Jerome Yap ay agad na ihahatid sa Pampanga.

Magdedepende umano sa mga kamag-anak ng mga sundalo kung nais nilang iburol ng mas matagal sa Kampo Aguinaldo ang mga labi ng kanilang kaanak o dalhin agad ang mga ito sa kani-kanilang mga probinsiya. (PIA) [top]
